Work Study
The Federal Work-Study (FWS) program provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. How much you earn depends on your skills and experience and the number of hours you work (a maximum of 20 hours/week). Utah State University student?employees are paid once a month (usually on the 10th) as wages are earned.
Work-study funds are limited and usually granted to early applicants with significant need. Work-study jobs are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis to qualified applicants. Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) should be completed no later than February prior to the year in which you need financial aid work study.
Work-study jobs may or may not be available on the Brigham City campus. Eligibility for work-study does not guarantee a job.
