TouchNet Tuition Payment Plan

TouchNet

  • If you are taking classes at USU Brigham City and the Logan campus, you will need to sign up for the Logan Campus payment plan.
  • See additional important information following these instructions.

Log into MyUSU/Access

Click “Student” tab
Click “Registration”
Click “Pay Your Account” or “Installment Plans”
Login to TouchNet – Enter your Student A# and password
“Quick View” will provide a summary of your charges.

Onetime payment:

Click “Make a Payment”
Click on action: “Pay”
Select method of payment: Electronic Check or Credit Card
Enter in Account information
Click “Continue” – Agreement must be signed with the last four digits of your Student ID.
Click “I Agree”

Payment Plans:

Click “Enroll in Payment Plan”
Click on “5 Payment Plans”

If you are a Regional Campus Distance Education (RCDE) student, you have two options – Check or Credit Card / choose the plan.

Click “Continue”
The screen will display all charges that will be paid with the plan.
Click” Display Payment Schedule” – this will show dates and amounts of each payment. Students must agree to this schedule.
Click “Continue” – Agreement must be signed with the last four digits of the student’s ID
Click “I Agree”

Note: You can only choose one payment plan.

Note: If the credit card plan is chosen, it will require a monthly login at the due date each month; TouchNet will not do an auto payment on the Credit Cards.

TouchNet General Information

  • TouchNet is the payment system used by Utah State University; a onetime payment can be made or a payment plan setup.
  • Login to TouchNet is the same User name and password as used in Access.
  • When you go to make a payment in TouchNet, the system will show your total balance by default. You can make a smaller payment by changing the amount.
  • You can only participate in one payment plan per semester.
  • There is a $50 non-refundable fee charged at signup.
  • If the payment is five (5) days late, there will be a $20 late fee applied to the account.
  • RCDE students have the option of setting up their plan with four installments.
  • All missed installments are required at the time of signup.
  • You can view charges by clicking on “Recent Account Activity” or view past term charges by clicking on “Previous Terms” on the Home page.
  • You can view payment history in the “Recent Payments & Credits” tab on the home page.
  • Credit Card payment plans cannot be set up with re-occurring payments. It will require monthly payments on the scheduled due date.
  • You can use American Express, MasterCard, and Discover Card for payments.
  • You will be charged an additional 2.75% of payment at the time of payment.
  • You can add an Authorized User in TouchNet. To do so, click on “Authorized Users” and follow the instructions.
