
Three New Faculty Join USU Brigham City
Angela Minichiello, MSME, PE, joined the Utah State University Engineering faculty with an appointment to the Brigham City Campus. Minichiello graduated with distinction in 1987 from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (aerospace emphasis). In 1997, Minichiello received a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree (thermal-fluids emphasis) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been a registered professional engineer (mechanical) since 2001. Ms. Minichiello founded CastleRock Engineering, Inc. and serves as President of the company.
Dr. Wade Goodridge joined the Engineering faculty of Utah State University on December 15, 2008, as a new faculty member at the Brigham City Regional Campus. Prior to his appointment to the Brigham City campus,
Goodridge was a graduate assistant at the Utah State University Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. Dr. Goodridge graduated from Utah State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Education; in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; in 2006 with a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering; and in 2008 with a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering emphasizing in hydraulics, sedimentation, and water resources. Goodridge is a recipient of numerous awards and was a Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Graduate Assistant from 2006 to 2008.

Dr. Jessica Habashi joined the faculty of Utah State University with an appointment as biology lecturer at the Brigham City Campus in December 2008. Dr. Habashi graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Utah in 1997. She continued her education with post-graduate work at Yale University, receiving a Master’s degree in 2004 and a PhD in cell biology in 2006. Prior to joining Utah State University, Dr. Habashi served as a teaching fellow in histology at Yale Medical School. She has co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her work has included authoring eight college-level teaching modules and she is a freelance editor of scientific manuscripts.
