Tuition and fees are based on:

1. Number of enrolled credits per semester.

2. Length of time a student has been attending USU.

3. The selected major.

4. Degree Level; i.e., Undergraduate or Graduate.

5. Instruction method.

Face-to-face and Interactive video conferencing (IVC) classes are charged at the same rate.
Online courses are charged at a different rate.

Please reference the Tuition Tables for a complete listing of charges. If you have questions, please contact our Cashier Office at 435-734-2277, Ext. 245. Or, visit with an academic advisor in the Milton P. Miller Building, Room 170, located at 195 West 1100 South, Brigham City.

Can I audit a class?

Yes. Tuition is the same for audited classes as for courses taken for credit. Senior Citizens over age 62 may audit a class for $10 on a space-available basis. For more information read the Auditing Classes section of the Academic Policies and Procedures Manual.

How do I get a student ID card?

The USU Card (student identification card) is available to all Utah State University Brigham City students. The USU Card can be purchased in the Milton P. Miller Building, Room #170 located at 195 West 1100 South; Brigham City, Utah. Once you have made the $15 payment for the card, your photograph will be taken. Return to the same office in approximately one week to pick up your USU Card.

There are many ways to request/receive an official transcript. For information and instructions on obtaining an official transcript, please visit the Utah State University Registrar's Office Records and Transcripts web page. If you need assistance, please visit with your academic advisor.

DID YOU KNOW?

Any 3rd Party requests made by anyone other than the student will require a completed Release of Information to be on file (in accordance with the FERPA Act of 1974). Student Photo ID must be provided at every transaction or the Release of Information form confirmed. Please have this information ready prior to your visit or calls to the Registrar’s office.

Important:

No transcript will be sent until all financial obligations with Utah State University are met.
